As a Mental Health Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing direct support and care to individuals with mental health conditions. Your responsibilities will include patient care, data collection, and assisting with research efforts. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with people with Mental health and making a positive impact on their lives. ```Responsibilities```
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health conditions
  • Participate with treatment team meetings with the treatment team filled with doctors, nurses and other MSW.
  • Conduct patient assessments and assist with treatment planning
  • Educate patients on importance of medication management, under the supervision of healthcare professionals
  • Document medical information accurately and maintain patient records in
ICANOTES
  • Implement behavioral interventions and strategies with team members
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to engage patients in their treatment ```Experience```
  • Previous experience working with individuals with mental health conditions is preferred
  • Knowledge of psychopharmacology and medical documentation is a plus
  • Familiarity with behavioral health facilities is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a te
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated to work without supervision on a hourly basis
