Job Description
Duties
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health conditions
- Implement treatment plans and interventions under the supervision of a clinical supervisor
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
- Assist in crisis intervention techniques
- Monitor and document client behaviors, progress, and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
- Facilitate recreational and therapeutic activities to promote socialization and skill development ```Experience```
- Experience in medical documentation and record keeping
- Experience in providing cognitive behavioral health therapy
- Experience in motivational interviewing techniques
- Experience facilitating group therapy sessions
- Understanding of ICD-10 coding for mental health diagnoses
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to mental health conditions
- Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors and implement behavior management strategies
- Experience in data collection and analysis for treatment planning purposes
- Knowledge of case management principles and practices We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professionals to join our team.
Requirements:
- Masters Degree in Mental Health or in a related field is required
- Certification or licensure as a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
