• Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health conditions
• Implement treatment plans and interventions under the supervision of a clinical supervisor
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
• Assist in crisis intervention techniques
• Monitor and document client behaviors, progress, and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
• Facilitate recreational and therapeutic activities to promote socialization and skill development ```Experience```
• Experience in medical documentation and record keeping
• Knowledge of Christian counseling principles and practices
• Familiarity with special education strategies and accommodations
• Proficiency in motivational interviewing techniques
• Experience facilitating group therapy sessions
• Understanding of ICD-10 coding for mental health diagnoses
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to mental health conditions
• Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviors and implement behavior management strategies
• Experience in data collection and analysis for treatment planning purposes

As a Mental Health Professional, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care and support to individuals with mental health conditions. Your expertise in medical documentation, counseling, special education, motivational interviewing, group therapy, ICD-10 coding, medical terminology, behavior management, data collection, and case management will contribute to the overall well-being of our patients.

Requirements:

• Masters Degree in Mental Health or in a related field is required
• Certification or licensure as a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual (Spanish, Russian, Polish and Arabic)
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
