Mental Health Therapist (Associate or Licensed)

Job Overview The Motherhood Wellness Clinic is a small practice out of Bothell, Washington. Therapy services are provided via telehealth and in person to clients in Washington State. The Motherhood Wellness Clinic is committed to providing our clients and clinicians excellent care. We are looking to hire W-2 employees to join our team. We are hiring associate and fully licensed clinicians in Washington State for part-time (17-20 clients per week). This position offers the flexibility hybrid work and to make your schedule. Clinicians can work with both individuals and/or couples. Applicants should have experience working from a trauma-informed perspective and preferred experience with the complexities of motherhood and new parenthood. Must have or be willing to complete additional training in these areas. Clinicians are paid as W-2 hourly employees. The practice provides marketing, billing, and scheduling support.

Therapist Job Responsibilities:

➔ Establishes positive, trusting rapport with clients. ➔ Diagnoses and treats mental health concerns. ➔ Creates individualized treatment plans according to client needs and circumstances. ➔ Meets with clients regularly to provide counseling, treatment and adjust treatment plans as necessary. ➔ Conducts ongoing assessments of client progress. ➔ Involves and advises family members when appropriate. ➔ Refers clients to outside specialists or agencies when necessary. ➔ Maintains thorough records of client sessions and progress. ➔ Follows all safety protocols and maintains client confidentiality. ➔ Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Therapist Job Requirements:

➔ Associate or Fully licensed in the state of Washington as an LMFT, LMFTA, LMHC, LMHCA, LICSW, LSWAIC, or PsyD ➔ Available to see minimum of 17 clients per week, with 25 available hours. 6 hours need to be available after 3pm per week. ➔ Access to a confidential room to conduct sessions via telehealth, a computer with a camera, reliable internet, and a phone. ➔ Available to work 1-2 days in our Bothell, WA Office ➔ Must be independently motivated, a clear communicator, and driven

Job Type:

Part-time, with full-time potential

Salary:
