We are seeking a dedicated Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing quality mental health services and supporting individuals in need. This position offers the opportunity to work both via Telehealth and In-Person at our Bloom Office.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices
- Develop treatment plans tailored to meet the needs of each client
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation, including medical records
- Utilize therapeutic techniques such as motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, and behavioral health interventions
- Provide mental health counseling to clients of diverse backgrounds and ages, including children, couples and families
- Engage in clinical research activities to enhance treatment outcomes
Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology or related field
- Licensed or license-eligible therapist (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
- Experience in clinical counseling and mental health services
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans
- Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities and interventions
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of child family counseling practices
- Knowledge and experience working with couples
