Part-Time Hybrid Executive Assistant for Be Still Holistic Counseling & Wellness Meaning. Value. Purpose. Collaboration within a healthy and vibrant work community. That's what the Be Still Holistic Counseling & Wellness team offers as we look for an Executive Assistant with a servant's heart, mad administrative skills, and a go-getter attitude. We're looking for someone who can take charge of administrative and operational tasks that will allow the Founder to focus on growth. This role is for someone who reads our mission, vision, and values and jumps out of her chair saying "Heck yeah…I'm on board!" This position is for someone who is focused, driven, dedicated, loves details, is ridiculously organized, doesn't let things slip through the cracks, and desires a job they can own with excellence. People who are looking for a short-term job, gossip, are lazy, are unreliable, get overwhelmed easily, need lots of handholding, or have a poor attitude need not apply.

$25/hour Responsibilities include: 25 hours/week (possibly moving up to 30 hours) Working from our Cary office 2-3 days a week and home 2-3 days a week. Some travel to purchase supplies and/or drop off marketing materials may be required (mileage is paid). Client care:
Answer phone calls/emails and assess the best clinician for the client based on their needs. Ensure all onboarding, follow up, and coordination is complete. General administration:
Monitor and manage Founder's email and calendar, make phone calls, maintain spreadsheets and compile data, update manuals, conduct research, coordinate meetings/classes/outings, maintain office supplies and cleanliness, and create and maintain efficient workflows and systems. HR:
Ensure employee records are maintained, send and compile surveys, assist with employee onboarding/offboarding, keep track of and celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and special events. Marketing:
research opportunities, create marketing materials and communicate with networks. Qualifications:

Quick learner who is able to rigorously follow current systems and flexible enough to adapt to change and growth Ability to develop and maintain collaborative, long-term colleague, client, and marketing relationships Able to confidently handle private and confidential information Preferred but not required: Familiarity with training AI to automate tasks (We're not looking for someone who uses AI to write simple emails and letters. We're looking for someone who has excellent writing skills on their own. We're looking for someone who can use and train AI to optimize our systems and create more efficiency) Mission :
