We are seeking elite Private Duty Neighbors who are ready to transition from traditional caregiving to high-acuity professional stabilization. You are not just an assistant; you are a vital member of a proprietary "Pod" team that guarantees 100% shift coverage for patients with complex medical and environmental needs.

Key Responsibilities Clinical Stabilization:

Provide high-acuity support, including advanced transfer assists, specialized diet management, and rigorous fall risk prevention.

Environmental Remediation:

Maintain a high standard of sanitation and home hygiene, including biohazard management and the upkeep of living spaces to clinical safety standards.

Cognitive & Behavioral Support:

Deliver compassionate, professional care for patients managing Alzheimer's, dementia, depression, and anxiety.

Mobility & Engagement:

Facilitate safe, structured community outings to enhance patient mobility and mental health, utilizing advanced safety protocols.

Data-Driven Care:

Utilize non-invasive AI sensor technology to monitor patient wellness patterns, providing real-time observations and contributing to proactive safety nets.
