Hybrid, full or part-time positions available for Provisionally Licensed Mental Health Clinicians (Associates). Job Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy sessions with a client-centered approach Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to support client wellness Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in accordance with ethical and regulatory standards Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in client confidentiality and care Actively engage in continuing education, professional development, and networking/marketing opportunities Collaborate with colleagues and community partners to enhance client care and holistic wellness Participate in team meetings and company hosted events to build team cohesivenessRequirements & Qualifications:
We are seeking therapists who possess: An Irrefutable Passion for Helping People Toward Wellness A Nonnegotiable Approach to Ethics A Commitment to Their Own Wellness An Entrepreneurial Mindset to Achieve Goals A Collaborative, Team Oriented, & Supportive Attitude Toward Colleagues Required Credentials & Experience Active Texas licensure (LPC-A, LMSW, LMFT-A, or equivalent) 1+ years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults Bilingual speaking is a plus Compensation $35 per session for first 90 days, potential increase thereafter $1000 stipend upon hire for current case load minimumsOptional Incentives:
Additional $1,800 for maintaining an average of 25 client hours per week every six months.Benefits & Perks:
