This position involves delivering tailored services to a 5th grade student with mobility challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

Conducting weekly telehealth or in-person OT sessions, approximately one hour per week Assisting with mobility and feeding support, ensuring the student's comfort and safety during school hours Observing and documenting the student's progress and any changes in condition or abilities Collaborating with educators and caregivers to adjust interventions based on evolving needs Desired qualifications and experience: Valid OT licensure with experience in school-based therapy Proficiency in teletherapy and home health OT services Comfort working one-on-one with students requiring mobility and feeding assistance Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within educational environments
