MedFirst Staffing, a Joint Commission certified provider of healthcare staffing services, is recruiting Nursing Assistants for full-time , rotating first (7:00 am

• 3:30 pm)/second (3:00 pm
• 11:30 pm) and full-time third (11:00 pm
• 7:30 am) shift positions as Behavioral Health Assistants (BHA) at a state operated psychiatric hospital in the Anderson, SC area. Work schedule is five days per week, including every other weekend. In addition, successful candidates must be able to work first shift (8:00 am
• 4:30 pm), Monday
• Friday, at the beginning of their assignment for approximately 10 days for orientation and training.

These positions provide outstanding hourly pay (paid weekly), potential access to an extensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a company match. These are highly competitive positions thatwill be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Candidates must be able to complete on-boarding requirements and begin their assignment in a timely manner.

BHA Duties:

Assisting in the implementation of patient care plans Providing direct support to patients in activities of daily living Monitoring, collecting, and recording data on patient behaviors Assisting with therapy sessions

BHA Job Details:

First Shift (7:00 am

• 3:30 pm), Second Shift (3:00 pm
• 11:30 pm) and Third Shift (11:00 pm

BHA Job Requirements:
