Duties Assist mental health professionals with directing communications via phone, text, and email. Participate in collections of payments and phone calls dedicated by credentialing or billing staff. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client care interactions using appropriate terminology. Experience Previous experience working in therapy, psychiatric care, or professional setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with mental health terminology and record keeping management is beneficial for accurate documentation. Strong interpersonal skills to be able to be professional, organized, and help set a strong culture. Knowledge of and experience with being a personal assistant or assistant to a clinical staff or provider is a plus.

Pay:

$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
