Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care, including vitals, screens, tests, and injections. Assist providers with exams, treatment plans, and medication management. Respond to internal messages and process inquiries promptly. Support psychiatric provider schedules to enhance productivity. Maintain logs, records, and reports as directed. Perform emergency procedures as per approved protocols.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Knowledge of confidentiality requirements and patient privacy. Strong communication skills to interact with staff, patients, and families. Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Team player with a focus on patient advocacy. Proficient in using technology for patient care.
