You will work alongside four board-certified primary care physicians, two family nurse practitioners, and a tenured support staff in a collaborative, integrated care environment.

Patient Focus:

See a manageable volume with 30-45 minute new patient evaluations and 20-30 minute follow-ups.

Work-Life Balance:

No weekends or late evenings; standard 8-5 business hours with a dedicated lunch hour. The Role We are seeking apassionate PMHNP to provide outpatient psychiatric services to a mid-age population (18-60). Your primary focus will be the diagnosis and medication management of: Anxiety & Depression ADHD Mood Disorders and related behavioral health conditions Qualifications Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Active Texas State License Experience or strong interest in an integrated primary care setting Must love building long-term relationships with patients and possess excellent clinical bedside manner
