Hours:

Part-time (15-24 sessions/week) with potential to grow to full-time (28+ sessions/week) Position Overview Mindful Connections Therapy is seeking a passionate and skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our thriving group practice. We are currently looking for an associate or fully licensed therapist to provide high-quality therapy for adults, children, adolescents, couples, and families. Candidates with a clinical specialty—such as trauma, teens, play therapy, couples, or EMDR—are strongly encouraged to apply. • Providing high-quality, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive care Reports to Clinical Director / Practice Owner & Clinical Supervisor Duties & Responsibilities Provide on-site and/or telehealth clinical counseling services to clients, in accordance with company policies Maintain regular and reliable attendance, arriving to work on time Abide by all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics for your profession Respond to client requests for services within 24 hours (in person, phone, voicemail, etc.

) Communicate with clients' treatment teams (PCP, psychiatrist, school staff, etc.) as needed Complete documentation—including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, and termination notes—by Friday of each week Keep all client files accurate, current, and compliant Assist with collecting payments from clients as per practice policy Attend staff meetings and trainings as scheduled Conduct services professionally to maintain and grow the positive reputation of Mindful Connections Therapy Show respect, cooperation, and collaboration with co-workers Demonstrate passion for helping others, supporting team growth, and contributing to a positive work culture Maintain a caseload of 18-24 weekly sessions (part-time) with at least one evening available per week Other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills Alignment with Mindful Connections Therapy mission, vision, and values Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or Social Work Active, unrestricted Utah license ( LCSW, CSW, LMFT, AMFT, CMHC, ACMHC ) Ability to maintain a part-time caseload of 16-24 sessions/week (or full-time 28+ sessions/week) Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Prior private practice experience preferred At least one clinical specialty area (children, teens, trauma, anxiety, grief, etc.)

Bonus:

Training in EMDR, Brainspotting, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, or other specialized modalities

Compensation & Benefits Associates:

$40+ per session

Fully Licensed:

$52
