Full-Time, Overnight Shift (Sunday•Wednesday, 11:30 PM•9:00 AM)

Overview:

We are seeking a Night-Watch Behavioral Specialist to join our team at a residential treatment facility providing 24-hour care for adolescent females with various mental health and behavioral challenges. This is a full-time, overnight position offering a supportive and family-like work environment, located in the beautiful hills above Orem/Provo.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years old or older to apply. Must be able to pass a background check . Prior experience working overnight shifts is preferred . Reliability and dependability are absolutely essential .

Compensation:

Base pay : $15.00 per hour. Shift differential : $2.00 per hour for overnight shifts. Final pay is dependent on role and experience. Ideal for

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee clients' nightly activities and ensure their safety and well-being. Support Direct Care Staff peers in providing excellent care to clients. Complete necessary documentation and report on clients' progress and activities. Perform light general housekeeping duties while clients sleep. Why Work With Us?
