Position Summary:
The Assistant Director of Nursing will play a crucial role in managing and developing our nursing staff, ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients. Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and implementing nursing policies and procedures. Lead, manage, and support nursing staff to ensure effective, efficient, and safe nursing services. Conduct regular assessments to monitor staff performance and identify areas for development and training. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to enhance patient care delivery. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice. Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the overall objectives of the healthcare facility. Support the Director of Nursing in budget management and allocation of resources. Act as a mentor and resource for the nursing team to promote professional growth and development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum of [number] years of nursing experience, with a minimum of [number] years in a leadership or management role.
