Position Summary:

The Assistant Director of Nursing will play a crucial role in managing and developing our nursing staff, ensuring the highest standard of care for our patients. Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, developing, and implementing nursing policies and procedures. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or related field; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration is preferred. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
