Positions Available:
QMHP (Adults and Children)Job Responsibilities:
Provide direct mental health support services to clients in accordance with treatment plans.. Assist clients in developing coping skills, improving daily functioning, and achieving personal goals according to their individualized treatment plan Collaborate with families, community resources, and multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency and state regulations.Qualifications:
Must be a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP or QMHP-T) as defined by the Virginia Board of Counseling . Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field. Minimum of one year of clinical experience working with adults or children in a community-based setting. Strong communication, crisis intervention, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a community-based setting. Why Join Us?
