Aug 20, 2026 Job Description The Behavior Coach will be responsible for working with principals and teachers to improve the behavior and social/ emotional outcomes of students by modeling evidence-based strategies and providing professional learning.
Instruction:
Work with Assistant Superintendent and Principals to review and analyze student behavior and social/ emotional data, and to assist in identifying and monitoring school improvement goals linked to the MTSS system Model the use of evidence-based behavior and social/emotional practices during the school day, in classrooms and other school settings Provide professional learning opportunities in evidence-based social/ emotional and behavior practices Facilitate the district Social/Emotional and Behavior Committee Behavior Crisis and Intervention Team leader
Professional Expectations:
Maintain positive professional interactions with students and other education personnel Maintain confidentiality regarding student records, as well as student's personal and family matters Perform assigned responsibilities within designated time limits Perform such other tasks and assume other responsibilities as the supervisor may assign Adhere to all District policies and regulations
