Job Description
Hospital Diversion Program of NFI Vermont is a short-term inpatient facility for adolescents experiencing acute psychiatric crisis. Our skilled trauma-informed team of mental health workers provide our residents with crisis stabilization, clinical consultation, and individual treatment planning in a small and safe setting. We are looking for dynamic relief mental health workers to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level position with a flexible schedule offering day, overnight, and weekend shifts.
Starting Pay:
$20.50 - $23.00 per hourResponsibilities :
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to support youth in crisis
- Provide supervision and support to adolescents during both awake and sleeping hours
- Facilitate a comfortable community alternative for inpatient youth
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with youth and/or adolescents Or
