    • How Does it Work?
    • This is an
    • on-call substitute role
    • , meaning you will be contacted to cover shifts as needs arise. What does that look like? Well, you'll get a
    • call/text

    • 7-8am
    • and they'll ask if you can make it to a school by
    • 9:00am
    • or •9:30am•.
    If you accept you work, log your time, and get paid! If not, well that's okay they'll call someone else.

    • Key Responsibilities
    • + Support students with behavioral and educational goals + Implement behavior plans under the direction of school staff + Assist in maintaining a safe, structured, and positive learning environment + Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and behavioral specialists + Provide encouragement and support to promote student success

    • Minimum Requirements
    • + High School diploma or equivalent required + At least
    • 2 years of pediatric experience preferred
    • + CPR certification (if applicable) + TB screening / health clearance (if applicable) + Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age
