Job Description

Respite Center Case Aide Location:
Clallam County Respite Center (Port Angeles, WA) Pay range: $19 to $21 per hour plus $2,000 signing bonus
Shift:
FT Float 3pm to 3am (schedule may adjust based on coverage needs)

Role:
The Respite Center Case Aide supports individuals in crisis at our 6-bed mental health respite center. You'll play a key role in providing observation, support, and coordination of care for clients in a safe, recovery-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and support individuals experiencing mental health crises Coordinate care with clinicians, DCRs, nurses, and other providers Assist with admissions, discharges, and medication self-administration Offer emotional support, referrals, and skill-building encouragement Communicate with outside care partners and support teams Help with meals, housekeeping, and maintaining a clean, safe facility Accurately document services using the electronic medical record system
What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or GED required One year experience in a clinical or behavioral health setting preferred Valid WA driver's license with insurable driving record Agency Affiliated Counselor registration (we help you obtain this) CPR/First Aid certification and Food Worker Permit Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and provide immunization records (MMR, HepB, Tdap and flu shot) You're a

Preferred Qualifications:
