We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented CMA to join a mental health and residential treatment program in Seattle . This role is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact by supporting individuals in crisis while working alongside a dedicated clinical team. As a CMA, you will play a vital role in supporting medical and psychiatric care, ensuring patients receive safe, coordinated, and recovery-focused services in a behavioral health setting. Why This Role Matters In this position, you won't just complete clinical tasks — you'll help create a safe, supportive environment for individuals navigating mental health challenges. Your attention to detail and compassionate approach will make a real difference in patient outcomes and daily care experiences. What You'll Do Assist with patient intake, vital signs, and health screenings (blood pressure, glucose, etc.) Support medication management, including preparing medications, documentation, and assisting with injections as permitted Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection as needed Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation Collaborate with nurses, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary teams to support care plans Assist during crisis situations by supporting clinical staff and ensuring patient safety Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies and equipment Provide compassionate patient support and help foster a therapeutic environment Ensure compliance with all agency, state, and regulatory standards
