This is an excellent opportunity for an associate-level clinician seeking professional growth, clinical supervision, and a supportive team environment. Responsibilities Provide individual, family, and group therapy services. Complete comprehensive behavioral health assessments and treatment plans. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency, state, and payer requirements. Collaborate with clinical supervisors, case managers, peer support specialists, and other providers to coordinate care. Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed. Participate in clinical supervision and team meetings. Provide crisis intervention and appropriate referrals when necessary. Maintain compliance with HIPAA, agency policies, and professional ethical standards. Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Washington State Associate License required (LMHCA, LSWAIC, or LMFTA). Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills. Experience working with diverse populations is preferred.
