Job Description

Job Overview Position Summary New Era Mental Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Therapist or Associate Therapist to join our outpatient clinical team. This role provides therapeutic services to adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges within a collaborative, client-centered environment. The ideal candidate is licensed or license-eligible in Washington State and committed to delivering high-quality, trauma-informed care. This position involves providing individual and group therapy, conducting clinical assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating closely with case management and leadership teams to ensure coordinated, effective care. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT-informed, MI, trauma-informed approaches) Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in the EHR Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including case management and leadership Provide services in-clinic and via telehealth, as assigned Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and care coordination Engage in ongoing professional development and required training Participate in clinical supervision in accordance with Washington State licensure requirements (for associate-level clinicians) Qualifications Active Washington State license or associate credential:
LMHCA, LMFTA, LSWAIC, LICSW
Experience providing individual and group therapy in an outpatient setting Strong working knowledge of trauma-informed care and evidence-based practices Ability to complete clinical assessments, treatment planning, and documentation Strong communication, time management, and collaboration skills Comfortable using EHR systems and standard clinical software Preferred Qualifications Experience in community behavioral health, outpatient clinics, or integrated care settings What We Offer Supportive clinical environment with supervision and mentorship Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Professional development and growth opportunities Meaningful work serving the community
