Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate

Overview This is a part-time, in-person, Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate Position. A full caseload for this position is 15+ clients a week. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mental health and being part of a dynamic, growing team! We are a small group practice with an exceptional team of therapists. Skills Required LMHCA license in Washington. Experience in adolescent or adult counseling. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members. Creativity to interact with adolescent clients to implement interventions and skill-building in an exciting and engaging way. Familiarity with patient assessment to evaluate client needs accurately and clinically appropriately. Knowledge of

HIPAA, WA

State regulations, and ethical standards to ensure client confidentiality and data protection. Pay & Benefits $55 per client session $20/hour for administrative duties including notes, training, supervision, and meetings. $200 annual continuing education stipend $20/hour paid supervision of LMHCA license.
