0.6FTE, 24 hours per week, Day Shift.Job Description:
The Health Unit Assistant (HUA) coordinates communication between nursing staff, physicians, other departments, professional staff, patients and families relating to patient care. The HUC facilitates unit operations through knowing and communicating information, managing the desk area, facilitating the use of technology, monitoring and communicating bed status, and coordinating downtime procedures.
