Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate:
$43.55

Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Paid sick time, in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements as applicable Robust referral bonus program 24/7 support team dedicated to your success What You'll Do Monitor and care for youth in a residential psychiatric setting Administer medications and provide medication support Assist with physical or chemical restraints, documenting procedures accurately Collaborate with physicians during rounds and treatments Maintain safety and therapeutic environment for adolescents Coordinate care with direct care staff — not a supervisory role Utilize Care Logic EMR; onsite training available
What You Need Required:
Valid nursing license with 1-2 years of psychiatric care experience AHA BLS and CPI Blue certification (willing to obtain if not current) Strong communication and team coordination skills
Preferred:
