    Night Shift | 6:00 PM
  • 6:00 AM Part-time | 3 shifts per week (flexible scheduling) Job Description Serenity Circle is a small residential treatment program supporting adults in recovery from substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges.
We are looking for a dependable and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our night shift team. Night staff play an important role in maintaining a calm, structured, and safe environment while residents rest and prepare for the next day of treatment. This position is ideal for someone who values a quiet overnight environment but still wants to make a meaningful difference in people's recovery. Responsibilities Maintain a safe and structured residential environment Conduct routine safety checks and wellness checks on residents Monitor the home during overnight hours and respond to any concerns Assist with medication observation when applicable Document shift notes, incidents, and observations accurately Provide respectful redirection and support to residents when needed Assist with light household tasks to maintain a clean environment Communicate important information to day staff during shift transition Qualifications Current CPR/First Aid certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations Strong communication and documentation skills Experience working in behavioral health, residential treatment, recovery programs, or mental health settings is preferred but not required.
