This position is ideal for someone who works well independently, stays calm under pressure, and understands the importance of maintaining structure and accountability in a residential treatment setting. Our overnight staff play an important role in keeping the environment safe, organized, and stable while residents are resting. This is not a "sit around all night" position — staff are expected to stay alert, complete documentation, monitor the facility, and help maintain program expectations during overnight hours.

Overnight / Awake Shift 6pm-630am

Full-Time or Part-Time Responsibilities Include:

Completing routine resident checks and safety monitoring Maintaining accurate and timely documentation Monitoring medications and communicating concerns to incoming staff Supporting residents appropriately during overnight issues or emergencies Maintaining professional boundaries and program structure Light cleaning and organization tasks during downtime Communicating clearly with day shift and leadership regarding any incidents or concerns Assisting with admissions/discharges when needed

Reliable and consistently on time Able to stay awake, alert, and productive throughout the shift Calm, professional, and able to handle difficult situations appropriately Comfortable working in a structured behavioral health environment Good communication and documentation skills

Qualifications:

Behavioral health, recovery, or residential treatment experience preferred Valid Arizona driver's license CPR/First Aid certification - In person Fingerprint clearance card required Serenity Circle is a small residential treatment program focused on structure, accountability, and creating a supportive recovery environment. We are looking for staff who take the role seriously, work well with others, and want to contribute to a positive team culture.

Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
