Behavioral Health Technician

We are looking to add another team member to our family. Our company was founded, and is led by, a team of people who have multiple years of personal recovery and business operation experience. This position is located at our Prescott location. We are an AHCCCS-based drug and alcohol program with locations in Prescott and Prescott Valley. We offer a full spectrum of programs including inpatient, sober living, full outpatient services, and so much more. The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) position is a very rewarding position in a family-style work environment. The right candidate will have a passion for addiction treatment, have an interest in helping those who are economically disadvantaged, and willing to be trained.

AN ARIZONA LEVEL 1 FINGERPRINT CLEARANCE CARD IS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION.

Requirements for this position:

Must have valid Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card Previous experience in the Behavioral Health field is a plus. Ability to support all aspects of the 12-steps. •Personal experience a strong plus.•Willingness to work hard and help others. Competence with completing necessary paperwork on time, providing updates, meeting deadlines, communicating via email, and attending weekly clinical supervision meetings are required. Ability to work on your feet for long periods of time. Must pass a drug screen. Previous Justice Involved preferred.
