As a Behavioral Health Technician at Nexus, your patience, empathy, and teamwork will help create the safe, structured environment where healing begins. You'll be a vital part of a collaborative team, playing a hands-on role in guiding adolescents through daily routines, building trust, and holding space for growth and positive change. What You'll Do Build genuine, supportive relationships with teens to encourage trust and positive growth Supervise and monitor adolescents in the housing unit, conducting regular safety checks (Q15s, Q30s, Q60s) Guide daily routines—wake-up, meals, hygiene, housekeeping, and bedtime—creating structure and consistency Help teens stay on track with programming, rules, and expectations, always with kindness and respect Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for all residents Partner with families and staff to ensure every teen receives the support they need Demonstrate patience, professionalism, and a calm presence—even when things get busy or challenging Help prepare meals Adapt to changing needs while keeping quality and attention to detail front and center Who Thrives Here?

Minimum Requirements:
