This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about helping individuals achieve long-term recovery while working in a structured and supportive environment. Responsibilities Supervise and support clients throughout daily activities and programming Conduct client check-ins, wellness rounds, and room inspections Assist with admissions, orientations, and discharges Facilitate transportation to appointments, meetings, and approved outings Document client interactions, incidents, and shift activities accurately and timely Monitor medication self-administration in accordance with facility policies and state regulations Maintain facility safety, cleanliness, and overall program structure Communicate client concerns, behavioral changes, and treatment progress to clinical staff Assist in crisis intervention and utilize de-escalation techniques when necessary Qualifications RADT, CADC, RBT, or related certification preferred CPR/First Aid Certification preferred Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record Ability to pass background screening and drug testing Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, mental health, healthcare, or residential care preferred Knowledge of substance use disorders and recovery principles Ideal Candidate Qualities Compassionate, empathetic, dependable, and professional Comfortable working in a fast-paced residential environment Able to maintain appropriate boundaries with clients Strong team player with excellent communication skills Passionate about helping individuals achieve long-term recovery We are looking for individuals who want to be part of a supportive team environment while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
