Job Description

We're looking for certified RADTs to join our growing team at Pathways Recovery Center , assisting clients on their journey of recovery from addiction. Pathways Recovery Center is hiring motivated, reliable individuals to work directly with our clients in our private addiction treatment facility in Azusa, CA.
Job duties:
Provide positive interaction with clients and observe changes in mood, behavior, and affect. Conduct data entry, documentation and maintenance of state required charts, reports, and assessments. Conduct rounds in residential and detox environments, maintain knowledge of client location and status at all times. Maintain confidentiality and privacy standards of client protected health information and other information and material in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations and laws including HIPAA. Conduct
COWS/CIWA
assessments and monitor vitals. Supervise and properly document the self-administration of client medication. Collect and package lab specimens. Communicate with facility doctor on client medical status and medication orders. Facilitate client meetings with doctor. Scheduled Other duties as prescribed. Requirements Basic computer skills. Must have a valid driver license, CPR training, and TB test completed within the last year. Must have a valid and current RADT certification. Must refrain from the use of illicit substances. Knowledge in
KIPU EMR
a plus but not required.
