graveyard position 11:30pm to 7:30am shifts

• Monday - Sunday
• Shifts are available based on need of the program.

At Rising Roads Recovery, we focus on working with young adult women ranging from 18-30. We believe in empowering our clients to fulfill their own particular dreams. Our trained addiction treatment staff helps our clients identify their specific recovery goals, and help them achieve them. We also provide in-depth mental health services that address the root issues driving addiction and mental illness. The Support Staff functions as an active part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient observation, interaction, role modeling, and driving residents to appointments. The Tech reports to the Program Director

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

May include but are not limited to the following:

• Report directly to the Program Director while receiving insight and supervision from case managers as well
• Implement the programs objectives and individual behavior plans specified by Program Rules, but not limited to, health maintenance and safety, independent living skills, basic care, and behavior management.
• Support clients with life skills such as ADLs
• Making sure we are adhering to the company standards and missions
• Creates and maintains a home-like atmosphere that best meets the emotional and physical needs of residents based on program protocol.
• Finish Relias training as assigned
• Provide structure to make sure clients are on schedule for all programming
• This is an awake position that is overnight involving bed checks and documentation of the shift for each client

REQUIREMENTS

• High school or equivalent Required license or certification:
• CPR/First Aid (Will be provided upon hire if you do not have this) Valid Driver's License
