Mental Health Worker (MHW)

Exodus Recovery, Inc is looking to hire full-time Mental Health Workers (MHW's) available to work Days and Nights for our soon-to-open Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) located in El Cajon, CA.

Program Summary:

Exodus Recovery, Inc is looking for Day and Night Shift staff for our soon-to-open Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) located in El Cajon, CA . This program will provide immediate mental health support and treatment services in a calming setting to adults with serious behavioral health needs who require urgent care beyond what an outpatient clinical service can provide.

Shifts:

12 hour shifts

Day and Night Shifts Job Summary:

The MHW is an integral part of the treatment team. The MHW is actively involved in providing direct or indirect care and supervision of the patients. The MHW may also be responsible for the transportation of patients in a company vehicle to designated locations.

REQUIREMENTS

High School Graduate or GED. Two (2) years' experience in the mental health field preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and show mature judgment. Meets qualifications for driving through the approved human resources process. Current CPR certification required.

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE

Valid California driver's license and a good driving record is required. Must be 21 years or older to drive. Commensurate with experience. - Please include a telephone number and email address on your resume in case we need to contact you for an interview .
