High Acuity Support & Monitoring:
Assist in identifying and responding to Moderate, High, and Imminent risk patients under clinician direction. Escalate any safety concerns immediately to the assigned clinician, supervisor, or High Acuity Clinician of the Day (HACOD) Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferably with a major in Life or Psychological Sciences or a related field of study. Previous Psychiatric Technician experience, preferred. Experience in outpatient behavioral health, crisis stabilization, ambulatory care, or high-acuity psychiatric settings. Knowledge of psychotropic medications and behavioral health treatment principles. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR); Tebra experience preferred. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and clinical judgment. Experience working with patients across a broad range of psychiatric diagnoses and acuity levels. Experience supporting intake and medication management workflows.
