Villa Behavioral Health is looking for Full-Time Behavioral Health Techs (BHTs) to join our team in Woodland Hills, CA! We are looking for a compassionate person who will play a crucial role in achieving our mission to provide a welcoming, safe, and nurturing environment to help individuals free themselves from the bondage of addiction and enjoy a happy and productive life.

Who We Are:
Villa Behavioral Health operates with entities in California and New Jersey, offering personalized recovery programs designed to support individuals overcoming mental health concerns and drug and alcohol addiction. We provide evidence-based care options that vary by location, including Detox, Residential, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP), and Outpatient Programs (OP). Our compassionate staff is dedicated to delivering top-notch mental health and drug and alcohol treatment, focusing on healing the mind, body, and spirit. With a range of treatment options, we ensure that each client receives the individualized care they need to achieve lasting recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client engagement and monitoring
  • Medication distribution
  • Environment of care - monitor temperature logs
  • Provide client escort
  • Room setup following discharge
  • Case documentation
Required Qualifications:
Valid Driver's License High School Diploma or GED Ability to pass Live Scan background check Experience in behavioral health Familiarity with recovery principles
Physical Demands:
  • Ability to stand for a reasonable period of time
