Sunday :
7:00am-3:30pm (AM)
Monday-Wednesday:
3:00pm-11:30pm (Swing) #1 Thursday

Role Overview We are seeking a Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician (RADT or SUDRC) to join our team. In this role you will support clients in a structured residential/detox setting. You will help ensure safety, provide supervision, and assist in daily recovery programming. This role is best suited for someone who is confident, adaptable, and steady under pressure. Our clients often arrive in crisis, and supporting them requires patience, professionalism, and resilience.   • Provide oversight and daily support to clients during routines, activities, and groups
  • Perform and document client safety checks in the
EHR:
every 30 minutes for detox clients, every 60 minutes for residential clients
  • Assist with new admissions by completing vitals, searching belongings, and orienting clients to the program
  • Monitor and record client self
  • administration of medications in line with facility standards
  • Lead or co-facilitate recovery activities such as reflections, study groups, or wellness activities
  • Transport clients to scheduled appointments while ensuring safety and punctuality
  • Maintain a safe environment by documenting accurately and upholding consistent boundaries Qualifications Required at hire:
  • Current RADT or SUDRC certification recognized by an accrediting body
  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
  • Valid California driver's license with a safe driving record
  • Active First Aid and CPR certifications
  • Confirm your active RADT at: https://ccappcredentialing.org/verify-credential/ Within 30 days of hire (employer supported):
  • TB screening clearance
  • California Facility Health Personnel clearance
Preferred :
  • At least six months' experience in a residential, detox, behavioral health, or related healthcare environment Skills & Abilities
  • Apply a trauma-informed approach to client interactions
  • Demonstrate crisis management and verbal de-escalation skills
  • Utilize relapse prevention methods in client support
  • Communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
  • Navigate electronic health records and basic computer programs with proficiency Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and climb stairs for room checks
  • Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 25 lbs
  • Ability to remain calm and effective during crisis situations within a residential setting behavioral health technician, mental health technician, recovery, treatment center
