NOC Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Substance Abuse & Mental Health Treatment San Clemente, CA Harmony Junction Recovery Starting at $21.00/hour Friday-Tuesday | 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM About Us Harmony Junction Recovery is a premier 12-bed co-ed Detoxification (DTX) and Residential Treatment Center (RTC) located in beautiful San Clemente, California. We are dedicated to providing exceptional care to individuals seeking recovery from substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Night Shift Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct client supervision and support during overnight hours Conduct and document client rounds in accordance with facility policies Monitor client safety, behavior, and overall well-being Assist with admissions, discharges, and client transportation as needed Complete accurate and timely documentation in
KIPU EMR
Communicate effectively with nursing, clinical, and management staff Assist with housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and welcoming environment Provide compassionate support while maintaining professional boundaries Respond appropriately to emergencies and crisis situations
Qualifications:
RADT, SUDRC, CADC, or equivalent certification preferred Minimum 6 months of experience in substance abuse or mental health treatment preferred Experience working in a detox or residential treatment setting is a plus Familiarity with
KIPU EMR
