(an
INFINITI GROUP LLC
program) will perform a variety of duties including supervising patients, supervising patient medication, transportation, community outings, etc. Maintain facility structure and provide a safe and supportive environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Orient patients to the facility and ensure they receive quality care while in treatment. 2. Provide close supervision and monitoring of patient activities to ensure their safety, as well as enforce facility rules. Must remain awake during shift - including overnight shift. 3. Supervise and transport patient to and from the facility (i.e. scheduled recovery meetings, appointments, community outings, etc.). 4. Facilitate and document client drug screens (scheduled and random). 5. Review, monitor, and adhere to medication management protocol for all patients. Must coordinate and update medication orders with appropriate staff and/or pharmacy. 6. Write a daily shift report detailing client activities and enter in EMR (KIPU).
Education, Training, and Experience Required:
Experience in behavioral health (i.e. substance use disorder, dual diagnosis, and/or mental health) RADT or RAC preferred KIPU experience preferred CPR/First Aid certified Current TB Clearance
