Job Description

Currently seeking a Residential Aide available to start immediately. swing shifts and Saturday morning. Experience required. EleMental Health, a licensed mental health six bed facility for women suffering from mental illness, is opening a new location in Thousand Oaks. Job Summary:
Residential Assistants (RAs) provide aid, supervision, and protective oversight of clients during assigned shifts. RA's oversee the self-administration of medication for clients.

Major Responsibilities:
Ensure clients' physical and psychological safety. Supervise clients' medication self-administration. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of observations. Collaborate with clinical staff to update documentation. Communicate noteworthy observations such as medical, psychological, and emotional symptoms. Escort clients to outings, appointments, etc. Provide crisis intervention support to clients. Assist with nutritional and dietary needs. Interact with clients professionally. Support admission and discharge procedures. Lead or co-lead group sessions. Fulfill other assigned duties.
General Skills and Requirements:
Fluent in English communication•both verbal and written. Can work for extended periods sitting at a computer desk. Must be at least 18 years of age CADC credentialed (Preferred) High school or equivalent (Required) Driver's License (Required) Complete First Aid Training (First Aid Certificate) Complete required health screening, TB clearance, Criminal Record Clearance This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team of innovative and dedicated providers who are empowering women and revolutionizing the market.
