Job Description

• All overnight shifts will receive an additional $2 an hour overnight differential! • The Raleigh House is a nationally recognized, integrative mental health and substance use treatment provider with over 16 years of service to the Denver Metro community. We specialize in trauma-informed, evidence-based care that treats the whole person—mind, body, and spirit. In this role you will work primarily out our Denver Tech Center location. The Overnight BHTs at The Raleigh House play a vital role in supporting clients throughout their recovery journey. You'll help create a safe, structured, and supportive living environment while serving as a positive role model for communication, accountability, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and engage with clients during daily activities, appointments, and recreational outings. Conduct routine safety checks and monitor client attendance in groups, therapy sessions, and scheduled activities. Facilitate check-in/out meetings, community/milieu groups, and mindfulness/psychoeducational sessions. Assist with new client orientations including reviewing house rules, daily schedules, and chore assignments. Administer and document medication counts; conduct drug and alcohol testing with full documentation. Accurately document observations and interactions in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system within 24 hours. Participate in all safety drills and respond effectively to emergencies as trained.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience in behavioral health, addiction treatment, or sober living settings is highly desirable. Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. A valid driver's license, preferred. Reliable transportation is required. QMAP certification or willing to complete the training within 30 days. Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Pay Range:
$21 - $24 an hour. Dependent on Experience. • All overnight shifts will receive an additional $2 an hour overnight differential! • Shifts available:
