Job Description

Seeking Experienced Behavioral Health Tech (BHT) for an Addiction Treatment Center.
Shifts Available:
Full Time/Part Time/PRN Opportunities - Must have valid driver's license and HS Diploma/GED Pay Very Competitive and Highly Dependent on Experience in the Field. MUST have Prior Experience as a BHT in Substance Use/Addiction Treatment Field to apply. Must have solid, consistent, reliable work experience in a Detox or Substance Abuse Treatment Facility. Must be versed & strong in
KIPU EMR.
We are a drug and alcohol treatment center dedicated to helping people on an individual basis discover for themselves the steps they will need to take to achieve a lasting change in their recovery. Candidate must be hard-working, responsible, compassionate, and energetic. Must be able to provide outstanding care and supervision to our clients in a team oriented environment. Responsibilities and Qualifications Responsibilities of the BHT Builds positive relationships with staff and clients; Demonstrates adaptability and flexibility to changes in the work environment; Valid FL Driver License with Ability to To Transport Clients in Company Vehicles; Provides a safe, therapeutic environment for clients; Provides daily reports to management; Facilitates client's rules and responsibilities; Reports noncompliance to management; Collects Intake Information and Documents in EMR; Performs searches; Monitors and reports clients whereabouts throughout shift; Hard Workers and Self Starter that is Self-Motivated with High Morals and Ethics; Positive attitude and clear understanding of boundaries; Knowledgeable about all stages of treatment, relapse and recovery; Strong work ethic, disciplined and reliable; Able to fully complete intake paperwork, complete client logbook entries; Follow company policy and procedures, understand and follow all State and Federal HIPPA laws pertaining to confidentiality; Ensuring Client safety; Excels in multi-tasking; Calm under pressure; Works well in a team environment; Works closely with our clinical team; Oversee overall property cleanliness; Follow and successfully perform all duties; Room for advancement; We only want the best, high character individuals; Conducts rounds promptly and accurately, following management instructions; Champions and reinforces patient safety consistently; Must be able to pass employment drug screen and background screening Verification of Employment History will be performed

From $17.00 per hour
