Per Diem Mental/Behavioral Health Technicians/Different shifts mostly nights and weekends. As a Per Diem Mental/Behavioral Health Technician, you'll enjoy the flexibility to create your own schedule, maintain a healthy work-life balance, and be part of a supportive, team-oriented workplace that values growth, respect, and collaboration.
In This Role, You Will:
Provide direct care and emotional support to patients. Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs). Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans. Promote hygiene, grooming, rest, and nourishment to enhance patient well-being. Maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment.
What You'll Bring:
Strong communication and customer service skills. A caring attitude and genuine interest in mental health care. Willingness to learn and grow in a psychiatric setting. Educational background or training in healthcare (preferred). Experience with psychiatric or geriatric populations (preferred).
