We help individuals rebuild their lives through structured support, clinical excellence, and a recovery-driven culture. The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) plays a vital role in direct client care and daily program operations. This position supports clients throughout their treatment experience while communicating key observations and updates to the Operations Manager and Program Director. Key Responsibilities Follow Renaissance Recovery Florida policies and procedures Complete client intakes and documentation in EMR Conduct drug and alcohol testing (UA/BAC) Observe, monitor, and report client behavior Reinforce program rules and expectations Maintain clean and organized program spaces Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Behavioral health or substance use experience preferred CPR and First Aid certification required Work Environment Quiet clinical setting Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs
