Position Summary We are seeking mechanically inclined, dependable individuals to join our infrastructure rehabilitation team as Field Technicians. This hands-on role involves working in confined spaces to clean, repair, and apply protective coatings to underground water and wastewater structures. Key Responsibilities Perform pressure washing, hydro-blasting, and grouting. Apply OBIC® polyurea/polyurethane coatings using spray systems. Work inside manholes, lift stations, and wastewater holding tanks. Set up job sites, operate equipment, and ensure compliance with safety protocols. Operate truck-mounted spray application systems. Follow OSHA guidelines for confined space entry and safety. Inspect, clean, and repair underground infrastructure. Qualifications Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly. Comfortable working in confined spaces and in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record. Must pass a drug screening. Experience in coatings, construction, plumbing, or related trades preferred. Opportunity for career advancement to crew leadership Compensation & Benefits
