Mental Health/Behavior Technician

Job Overview Mental Health Tech wanted to work the night shift 4:00 PM to 12:00AM (weekends required) at The Guest House Ocala, an upscale premiere residential treatment center specializing in trauma treatment. In this position you will attending/transporting clients to meetings, taking attendance, other tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Observe and document client behaviors Respond to crises and provide de-escalation support Maintain a secure and welcoming environment.

Requirements:

Experience with mental health and understanding of substance abuse and recovery a plus. Great customer service skills. High School diploma or equivalent. Prefer Certified Nursing Assistant. Clean Drivers License Required. Reliable transportation a must. Compassionate, dependable, and attentive to detail. Be a part of a team where your dedication changes lives! Must be able to pass a level II background and drug test
