Valor Behavioral Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting the mental and emotional well-being of our clients. You will work closely with licensed behavioral health professionals to assist in implementing individualized treatment plans, fostering a safe and supportive environment, and helping clients develop essential life skills.

We are currently hiring for Full Time/Part-time/PRN Behavioral Health Technician This is a great opportunity for someone seeking weekend or flexible work hours in a supportive and rewarding environment.
Qualifications:
Must be able to pass a background check Computer competence Must have a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or certification is a plus. Experience in behavioral health, social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred. Undergraduate Degree in behavioral health, social work, psychology, or a related field is also preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassion, patience, and the ability to build trust with clients. Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from licensed clinicians. Understanding of and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and documentation.
REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS
Current CPR/First Aid Valid Drivers License Job Duties:
Provide direct care and support to clients with behavioral health needs. Transport clients to and from facility Implement and monitor treatment plans under the guidance of licensed clinicians. Assist clients with daily living activities and encourage self-sufficiency. Foster a therapeutic and empathetic environment that promotes trust and healing. Document client progress and communicate effectively with the treatment team. Participate in team meetings and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Promote a positive, respectful, and non-judgmental atmosphere for clients.

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
