In this vital role, you will assist in providing safe, effective psychiatric and behavioral health care within a residential facility setting. Your energetic approach and dedication will help create a secure environment that promotes recovery, stability, and well-being for patients with diverse needs. Duties Monitor patient behavior continuously to ensure safety and adherence to treatment plans Assist with crisis intervention strategies to de-escalate situations and provide immediate support Support patients with activities of daily living Document patient observations accurately in medical records, including behavioral responses and medication administration Implement behavior management techniques tailored to individual needs and treatment goals Administer medications as directed by licensed medical personnel following strict protocols Collaborate with nursing staff and psychiatrists to deliver comprehensive psychiatric care Maintain a clean, safe environment conducive to healing and recovery Join us in delivering compassionate psychiatric care that transforms lives!
