Job Description
Thornton Heights Terrace, a Specialized Mental Health Rehabilitation Facility, has current job opportunities for those interested in serving this special population. Our "one size does not fit all" philosophy insures that our 210 ambulatory adults with a history of mental illness receive Recovery oriented services best suited to their individual strengths and needs. We are currently looking for someone experienced in mental health and safety planning. This person must be present throughout the building and its grounds to ensure the safety of our residents and staff. The person in this position must assume a lead role in behavioral de-escalation in emergency situations and use these skills in a compassionate and clinical manner.
